A housing development for a community of extra small houses redefines the efficiency of living. Comprised of nine units placed on three standard Chicago lots, the focus is on privacy for the user and emphasizes natural garden space. Separate yet connected spaces bring nature in while maintaining privacy through triangular forms where views are composed and regulated.
