The direct expression of site influenced the interconnection of designed spaces in this project. As the city unintentionally produced this site that is a remnant of the intersecting streets and forms of its infrastructure, it is a celebrated and quirky place with numerous vibrant murals. The design creates a dynamic corridor space between its massings that embodies these same qualities.
This project, designed for the world renowned production company Manual Cinema, takes their philosophy of immersing their audience into their productions where each program is connected to the circulatory space for visitors to interact with. It guides visitors to flow seamlessly from the street and through building while maintaining visual connections between programs.
