In order to study wood construction and the different methods used in architecture, Alfred Caldwell’s Studio was looked at for its innovative use of local materials and its compact floor plan. With emphasis on craft and working with only analog methods, a model of the studio was produced along with hand drawn plans, elevations, and sections.
