Shared Living

Creating smaller private spaces and enlarging public spaces capitalize on the inherent nature of humans as social beings. Shared kitchens are on every residential floor of the six story mixed use infill building while large scale programs create interest for the public to enjoy the spaces within the building. This promotes opportunities for exchange and connection between not only residents but people they would otherwise never meet. A large outdoor atrium provides light for interior spaces while providing flexible programming within, which furthers the use of outdoor spaces on the property in addition to the green roof.
